About

NMBC links clients to experienced and qualified therapists, who specialise in family, couples and individual therapy. They work with clients who are married, de facto, same-sex, parents, separated, co-parenting and single. They use a range of modalities, according to the needs of clients and their unique situations.

They are also experienced group leaders and have led groups for separated parents, those who have experienced domestic violence, young adults living with disability, seniors and carers. They can support families to improve their communication and understanding of one another, fostering greater intimacy and harmony.

They also support individuals to make better decisions in their choices of relationships and process the grief and loss resulting from the end of relationships.

Individuals from all walks of life and living with disabilities are fully accommodated by our counselling, with a focus on feelings of grief, loneliness and/or isolation that may inhibit their full participation in education, employment and social and community life.
